Bar Service Terms & Conditions

  1. Menu to Be Served/quantity
    The Parties have agreed to the menu by email or phone. CC Cocktails Ltd reserves the right to make small changes to the menu if key ingredients are unable to be sourced due to reasons beyond the control of the Parties. For parties of 15 and under, a menu of 3 cocktail choices may be provided. For parties of 15+, a menu of 4 cocktail choices will be provided. Additional choices will be at the addition of a £35.00 supplement. Agreed with the Client will be a drinks package suited to requirements. Once the drinks package is exhausted your service time ends, unless an extension and additional drinks package is requested. If any additional drinks package is sought, payment must be made to the account of CC Cocktails immediately. 

     2. Attending at your Venue/Home
 CC Cocktails Ltd will require access before the event start time to set up and also access following the event to provide clean up and glassware sanitisation. 

         

     3. Payment Terms
In exchange for the services of CC Cocktails Ltd as specified in proposal, Client will pay to CC Cocktails Ltd an agreed fee for attending the event as specified. 
 
Approximately a 20% payment will be due upon booking and the remaining  balance will be made to CC Cocktails LTD no later than 14 days in advance of the event. Dates will be held for 24 hours without deposit, if no deposit is received within 24 hours, the date will be released and the booking subsequently cancelled. 

Late payment of any invoice will incur a £50.00 administrative fee unless it is communicated that a payment extension is required.
 
      4.  Drinks Packages 
 Any drinks package is agreed at the time of booking. This can be amended up until 14 days prior to the event date. After which changes CANNOT be made. 

     5.   Glassware 
Broken or lost glassware will be charged at a rate of £2 per glass. An inventory will be carried out before and after every event. 
 
     6.  Insurance and Licensing
 CC Cocktails Ltd has public liability insurance relating to CC Cocktails services at the Event. CC Cocktails also holds the appropriate alcohol license from Glasgow City Council. 
 
      7.  Cancellation
 If the Client needs to cancel the event, Client must provide written notice to CC Cocktails Limited along with any  required cancellation fee described in this Contract, to effect cancellation.

 
Client understands that upon entering into this Contract, CC Cocktails Limited is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.
 
If Client requests cancellation within the following timeframes, the cancellation fees will apply;

Cancelling with 12 weeks or more notice - loss of deposit 

Cancelling with 11 - 5 weeks notice - 70% of your invoice will be a payable.

Cancelling 4 weeks or less before your event - 100% of your invoice will be payable. 


If the client has booked our services and NOT sought permission from their venue for us to provide service, the client will be entitled to no refund and will be charged for their booking in its entirety. 


      8.  Legal Compliance
 CC Cocktails Ltd will work in compliance with all applicable local health department rules and regulations relating to food preparation and food service.
 
       9. Assignment
 This Contract cannot be assigned by either Party without the other’s written consent, with the exception set forth in paragraph 9 below.
 
       10.   Limitation of Remedies
 If CC Cocktails cannot fulfill its obligations under this Contract for reasons outside of its control, CC Cocktails Ltd  may locate and retain a replacement bar hire company at no additional cost to Client, or refund Client’s money in full. CC Cocktails will not be responsible for any additional damages or compensation under these
circumstances.


       11.    CC Cocktails operate a responsible drinking policy and also Challenge 25. Please do not be offended if a member of staff asks you to provide proof of age. 


 
       12.    Resolution of Disputes
 The Parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this Contract or Event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof, and providing the other party with an opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.
